Terms and Conditions for Phone Hub

  1. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
    • All sales are final. Phone Hub does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on purchased items, including mobile devices, accessories, and other products.
  2. Limited Return Policy
    • A return may be considered only if the item is in new, unopened condition, in its original packaging, and is returned within seven days of purchase. Approved returns are subject to a 13% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  3. Return Eligibility
    • To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original, unused, unopened condition and must include all original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for a return or refund.
  4. Credit Card Payments
    • All credit card payments are final upon service completion. Customers agree not to cancel or stop payments after services have been rendered.
  5. Data Loss
    • Phone Hub is not responsible for any data loss on your device, including any loss that may have occurred prior to the repair or service. We recommend that customers back up their data before bringing their device in for any service.
  6. Liability for Unreported Damage
    • Phone Hub is only responsible for addressing the specific damage or issue identified and agreed upon for repair. We are not liable for any pre-existing or unrelated issues not reported at the time of service.
  7. Final Inspection
    • Customers are responsible for inspecting their purchases before leaving the store. Once customers exit Phone Hub’s premises, Phone Hub is not responsible for any issues that arise.
  8. Compliance with Store Policies
    • Customers are required to comply with Phone Hub’s store policies and must sign an acknowledgment of these terms and conditions.
  9. Limited Warranty
    • Phone Hub offers a seven-day limited warranty on products for manufacturer defects, excluding any accidental damages (e.g., water damage, physical impact). This warranty does not cover misuse or external damage.
  10. Receipt and Signature Requirements
    • All sales must be accompanied by a receipt signed by a Phone Hub representative.
  11. Storage Fees
    • Equipment left at Phone Hub for more than five weeks will incur a storage fee of $10 per week until collected.
  12. Waiver of Liability and Legal Disputes
    • By agreeing to these terms, customers waive the right to pursue legal action against Phone Hub for any matters covered in these policies. These terms represent the full agreement and override any other verbal or implied guarantees.
